Overview

This program offers public assistance with food, shelter, clothing, and transitional housing to individuals and families experiencing hardship. It is designed to support the homeless and disadvantaged, ensuring they receive the essential resources and compassionate guidance needed to rebuild their lives.

By providing a stable environment combined with counseling, life-skills development, and employment support, we help individuals move from crisis to stability—ultimately restoring confidence, dignity, and self-sufficiency.

Who We Serve

Transitional housing serves individuals and families navigating difficult circumstances, including:

  • Anyone experiencing sudden homelessness
  • Men and women recently released from incarceration seeking reintegration support
  • Youth aging out of foster care who need guidance transitioning to independent living
  • Families displaced by eviction, disaster, or loss of employment
  • Veterans experiencing homelessness or mental health challenges
  • Unaccompanied minors and refugees requiring safe housing and supportive services

For individuals and families seeking shelter from domestic violence, we provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where healing and recovery can begin. Our program offers emergency housing, counseling, and essential resources to help survivors rebuild their lives free from fear and abuse.

Each participant receives a caring, structured environment with access to counseling, educational support, job placement assistance, and community integration programs
